Located on the southern end of Monticello, this property is less than 7 miles from Cim-Tek® Filtration’s primary location in Bement, IL.
“We have operated solely out of our current facility for the past 30+ years. As business has continued to expand, we have been in need of additional space for a number of years,” said Jeff Ayers, General Manager. “This property, conveniently located close to Bement, will allow us to operate more effectively going forward.” The building will be used primarily for storage of materials, but will likely also house some light manufacturing in the future. “While our current manufacturing operations and workforce will remain in Bement, this expansion will provide necessary space for growth,” Ayers added.
